Molnar Washes
Molnar Blanket and Roller Wash products were developed to provide washes that fill a variety of Press-room needs; Health and Safety, Cost, Drying Time, Press Compatibility, Cleaning Strength, and of course Environmental Regulations.
UV Wash
Molnar has several UV Washes ideal for cleaning Presses using UV Inks. These inks are created using resins that require specific solvents to clean properly and effectively. A Non-Hydrocarbon Wash is needed to clean the EPDM rubber compounds used in the rollers and blankets on a UV press.

Using Hydrocarbon based Washes created for Conventional Sheet or Web Fed presses, will damage blankets and rollers on a UV specific press.

MRC
Molnar has several Metering Roller Cleaner products available ranging in strength, and environmental / safety requirements. MRC and MRC-XL.

It is inevitable that a small amount of ink will feed back into the dampening rollers which will result in a buildup on the metering roller. To ensure ideal running conditions, this buildup needs to be cleaned off on a regular basis. To avoid any contamination of the dampening system, a fast-drying, non water miscable solvent is recommended.
Rejuvenator
Molnar created a Rubber Rejuvenator that cleans and deglazes rubber faster and deeper while also restoring the life and printability to even the most glaze-blocked blankets and rollers.

This product increases productivity and profitability by extending Roller and Blanket life, optimizing Ink Transfer, and of course Faster Colour Changes.
